Yes! You can manually log entries and enter the item's basic nutritional information yourself.
We use a combination of AI and food product databases to estimate nutrition data for food items. The more descriptive you are, the more accurate our estimations will be. Most food products have publicly available nutrition labels and will be captured accurately. Custom entries are estimated based on standard portion sizes unless otherwise specified by your descriptions.
